HIV Specialty Care

At The Living Bridge Center our mission is to provide the highest quality care to those living with HIV. We offer full-service treatment as well as being able to take care of the everyday health needs of those we serve at our clinic. 

Case Management

The staff of Nurse Case Mangers here at The Living Bridge Center will help guide you through your HIV Care Journey so you never have to figure it out by yourself. From medication to treatment options, you will have a person to by your side every step of the way.

STD Screenings

One of the services that we are happy to provide to clients is full panel STD Screenings. Which include: Chlamydia, Gonorrhea, Syphilis, Hepatitis (A B C), Herpes (1 and 2).

Benefits Coordination

Insurance should never be a barrier to care. If you are eligible, our amazing benefits coordinator will walk you through the process of acquiring health insurance and becoming a “Ryan White Client”. View details on elegibility.

Housing Assistance

HOPWA Program (Housing Opportunities for Persons With Aids) is a federally-funded program by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) that offers a variety of housing solutions and support services for low-income persons living with HIV/AIDS. This service is only offered with a referral from a case manager.

PrEP Clinic

For those who are currently HIV negative but are at a high risk for getting HIV there is PrEP: Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis. PrEP is a pill you take once a day to lower your risk of HIV. Come see us and let’s get you started on PrEP today!

HIV Prevention

If you are HIV negative, we want to help you stay that way through our HIV Prevention Program. Come and get free condoms (or request condoms be mailed to you), as well as a free and confidential rapid HIV test so you can know your status in less than a minute. If you would like to have our Health Educator come to an event for HIV Prevention/Sex Education, please fill out our event request form.

Supportive Services

As a “Ryan White” Client at The Living Bridge Center, we are able to offer special assistance to those who qualify for it. Examples of assistance include:

• Gas Cards
• Food
• Emergency Help with housing or utilities

Assistance varies on a case to case bases and requires eligibility.
