Job Description:

Duties:  Performs comprehensive assessment of client’s health care needs.  Develops comprehensive plan of care for clients.  Provides treatments and administers medications/vaccines; provides preventive and maintenance care to patients/families consistent with care plan and/or physician treatment plan.  Provides acute/episodic health care.    Coordinates services in various program areas through education, monitoring and providing consultation to staff.

 

Minimum Qualifications:  A current GA license to practice as a registered professional nurse AND completion of a masters degree in nursing from an accredited college or university AND authorization from the Georgia Board of Nursing for Family Nurse Practitioner or Adult Nurse Practitioner.
