Job Description:
|
Duties: Direct and coordinate the provision of nutrition services for Medical Access Clinic and Ryan White Clinic, including medically high risk clients through case management/care coordination; recommend client nutrition care plans and documents plan and progress in medical records; interpret current research regarding dietary treatment; and provide technical assistance and consultation.
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in related field AND One year of professional experience as a dietitian/nutritionist AND Registration as a Dietitian by the American Dietetic Association and/or Licensure as a dietitian in the State of Georgia.
