The Whitfield County Health Department is an integral part of the quality health care system in Whitfield County, and provides core public health services and innovative health care solutions for residents of our community. The Health Department works to protect and improve the health of all citizens and to make our community a safe and healthy place to live.

The Medical Access Clinic located in the Whitfield County Health Department can only see Whitfield County residents. Exceptions to this are those patients seeking Prenatal or STD related services.
